Our Foundations Class is a 4 session package that introduces you to the fundamentals of CrossFit.
During the Foundations classes we will not only assess your strengths and weaknesses to make sure that you have a fun and functional Crossfit experience but also introduce you to the following movements:
– Squats
– Presses
– Power Movements
– Olympic Lifts
– Gymnastics Movements
Note: Attending the Foundation Classes are compulsory before joining mainstream classes.
