Our personal trainers are responsible for guiding you through a safe and effective workout plan which is focused on your own personal goals and fitness needs. Personal Training sessions are booked directly with your trainer.
Our skill classes are designed to not only make for a fun and interactive CrossFit experience with your coach but to also give you an opportunity to focus on and improve the various CrossFit, gymnastics and Olympic Lifting exercises that you might find in a CrossFit WOD.
For those that feel traditional CrossFit is too hectic for them. In these classes you will be able to work at a slow, steady pace in order to get get safe and functional workout in an atmosphere that is conducive to working on individual goals.
The two Olympic lifts - Snatch and Clean & Jerk - features heavily in CrossFit and during these dedicated sessions will give you the opportunity to work with specialist lifting coaches to not only make you stronger but also improve your efficiency which will make you an all round better athlete.
The mobility class is designed to help you improve mechanics and to provide you with the tools to perform basic maintenance on yourself to become a better athlete. This class is about stretching with intention. It’s about positions, ideas, and the focus changes weekly.
Our Foundations Class is a 4 session package that introduces you to the fundamentals of CrossFit. During the Foundations classes we will not only assess your strengths and weaknesses to make sure that you have a fun and functional Crossfit experience but also introduce you to the following movements: - Squats - Presses - Power Movements - Olympic Lifts - Gymnastics Movements Note: Attending the Foundation Classes are compulsory before joining mainstream classes.
