During the Foundations classes we will not only assess your strengths and weaknesses to make sure that you have a fun and functional Crossfit experience but also introduce you to the following movements: - Squats - Presses - Power Movements - Olympic Lifts - Gymnastics Movements Note:  Attending the Foundation Classes are compulsory before joining mainstream classes.
