The CrossFit prescription is performing “functional movements that are constantly varied at high intensity.” CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program.
Our personal trainers are responsible for guiding you through a safe and effective workout plan which is focused on your own personal goals and fitness needs. Personal Training sessions are booked directly with your trainer.
Our Foundations Class introduces you to the fundamentals of CrossFit. During the Foundations classes we will not only assess your strengths and weaknesses to make sure that you have a fun and functional Crossfit experience but also introduce you to the following movements: - Squats - Presses - Power Movements - Olympic Lifts - Gymnastics Movements Note: Attending the Foundation Classes are compulsory before joining mainstream classes.
The class is designed to help you improve endurance and to provide you with the tools to perform basic maintenance on yourself to become a better athlete.
